The Group

In the beginning of the 90’s, Brazil was in the process of regaining international prestige with economy decentralization.

In this period new investment opportunities and internal growth demanded a new concept of advice to brazilian companies in their corporative finances.

As protagonists of part of this important historic period, two financial executives decided to play this role, and created the first brazilian management consulting expert in the segmentation of industrial activities in the national market of small, medium and large companies. It emerges, then, Baxter Straub Ltd.

Almost three decades later, The group, now entitled STRAUB, prospered and spread its success to new initiatives in health , environmental , cultural and sportive segments.

The first company of the STRAUB GROUP began operations in 1984. Now are four companies providing the following specialist financial services to brazilian  and foreign investors in Brazil:
