During a combined total of 12 years at Bozano Simonsen Bank and 26 years at Baxter Straub, Vilmar Straub and Ken Baxter were personally responsible for originating and executing over sixty Corporate Finance mandates totaling higher than US$ 3 billion.
The most notable deals were the origination of the winning consortium´s in the privatization of USIMINAS, CST and COSIPA, and the successive mandates awarded by IFC International Finance Corporation(3), COPENE(4), Dufer(3) and JAHU(2).
